Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys being a team player and has a can-do approach, with a strong work ethic and the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Our Project managers provide support to an assigned salesperson on all active projects and existing customers. Job responsibilities will vary with each project as required, in general, responsible for specifications, assisting salesperson in preparing bid documents and presentation materials for sales presentations. Must check orders for accuracy and make sure that all deadlines are met for internal and external customers. Keep salesperson and management aware of any mistakes or problems that could negatively impact a customer or M3.
Requirements
- Product knowledge
- Knowledgeable on 20/20 Cap specification program or another similar program
- Price and discount projects for salespeople
- Ability to read floorplans and match to an order
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Person must be able to work with difficult people
- Verify accuracy of floorplan with field measurements
- Review acknowledgements and check accuracy
- Attend project meetings
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Work with installation supervisors on-site
- Write service orders and schedule installations and deliveries
- Act as a liaison for customer to solve outstanding issues
- Ability to tackle difficult and unpleasant tasks
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive with on-going activities
Skills & Experience
- At least two (2) years in a Customer Service position or on-site installation management
- Design capabilities are a plus
